Why creatives use Palet

Three things, done loudly.

Straight to the source

Every role links to the company that's hiring. You apply on their site — where the decision actually gets made. No recruiters, ever.

Zero spec work

No free pitches, no unpaid "test projects." If a company asks you to work for exposure, they don't get listed.

Details up front

Level, location, type — and salary whenever the company shares it — so you know what a role really is before you click apply.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked, plainly answered.

Is Palet really free for creatives?

Yes — browsing, saving and applying are free for creatives, always. Companies pay to post roles; you never will.

How do I apply for a role?

Every listing links straight to the company that's hiring. You apply on their site — where the decision actually gets made. There's no Palet application form and no middleman.

Where do the jobs come from?

Some roles are posted natively by companies; many more are curated daily by our team from across the web. Either way, every role links out to the original source.

What counts as spec work?

Unpaid "test projects," free pitches, or any ask to work for exposure before an offer. Companies that demand it don't get listed on Palet — zero exceptions.

Do you work with recruiters?

No. Palet only lists roles where you apply direct with the hiring company or studio — no agencies, no staffing firms, no ghost listings.

How do I post a role?

Head to the For Companies page, pick a plan, and your role goes live with level, location, type and (ideally) salary up front. Listings that hide the details underperform — and we'll tell you so.

Your next gig is already on the wall.

Free for creatives. Always will be.
